He warns that if we don&#8217;t actively shape our own lives and those of our children, the world will impose its own values and principles, leading to confusion, anxiety, and a lack of direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pastor Gene references Proverbs 22:6, highlighting the wisdom in training up children in the way they should go, acknowledging that while this is not a guarantee, it significantly increases the likelihood of a successful, faith-centered life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He shares personal insights from raising five children, underscoring that despite differing personalities and outcomes, a consistent foundation in faith has kept all his children serving the Lord. Pastor Gene stresses that living out one&#8217;s faith authentically and visibly is the most effective way to pass it on to the next generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He calls on parents to be committed to their faith, involve their children in church, and maintain a balance between spiritual and worldly activities. He also encourages guiding children\u2019s friendships and continually reinforcing the values and teachings of God in everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To build a strong, faith-based household, parents must actively live out their faith, involve their children in church life, and consistently teach and model Godly principles.
